Thai Yoga Bodywork

A Thai Yoga Body experience happens on the level of the mind, heart, spirit as well as your body.  It’s more than a massage, it’s a way of life helping you be your healthiest. Metta is the compassion and kindness experienced at the heart of giving and receiving an incredible Thai massage.

Thai incorporates a mixture of massage, energy, and stretching techniques. You remain clothed in either a sitting, lying or shell pose on a comfortable mat on the floor (traditional method).  You are held in a loving space extremely comfortable and supportive for you. People report experiencing a reduction in stress and anxiety, while feeling calmness, and a release of some of the deepest tensions in the body.
