I practice and teach in the Kripalu style which recognizes that we are inherently capable of accessing our spiritual nature, developing healthy strong bodies, an open and caring heart as well as a peaceful and clear mind. The philosophy follows BRFWA which is breathe, relax, feel, watch and allow.  When we have such a practice it becomes imbedded in our bodies and energy allowing the learnings to be transferred into your life.  Our bodies become the source in which we can evolve, transform, heal and develop self-awareness in turn enabling you to be self-regulated.  You tune inward to listen and observe what it is you resist and grasp.  You are developing your inner guidance system that always knows what’s true and the path to take.

I guide you in a practice or create one that meets you where you are and the growth you seek.
